Android-Based RCSM Application for Implementation of Preventive Maintenance on CNC Production Machine

Preventive maintenance (PM) implementation at POLMAN Bandung is scheduled to follow the lecture schedule so that of activities does not interfere with process. Even though scheduling preventive has been made quite well, there are problems in its implementation, including some were detected previous PM both form activity reports and machine history updates. This can confuse subsequent pm implementers, as it result mishandling. As for cause problem, two possibilities, namely carried out or out, but on prepared stored by procedures (human error). To overcome this, researchers developed an Android-based application functions a reminder, recorder, controller, process, named Reminder & Control System Management (RCSM). RCSM will remind, be schedule, carry remind mechanisms, information broadcast validation until completion acceptable relevant authorities. Likewise, reporting recording engine system created similar mechanism. The results have achieved software prototype reaching 100% several field trials out. direct implementers avoid misuse data recapitulated.
